How to delete your account and data

At YardAI, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and all associated data from our service.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from within the YardAI application by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your YardAI account at yardai.app
  2. Navigate to your Account page
  3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section
  4. Click the "Delete my account" button
  5. Review the warning information and confirm your decision

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • All your yard generations and images
    Every design you've created will be permanently deleted
  • Your account data and preferences
    Your profile, email, and settings
  • Any active subscriptions
    Will be cancelled immediately
  • Remaining generations
    Any unused generation credits will no longer be redeemable

Important Warning

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Once you delete your account, there is no way to recover your data, images, or purchase history. Please make sure to download any designs you want to keep before proceeding with account deletion.

If you're having trouble deleting your account through the app, or if you have any questions about your data, you can also request deletion by contacting us directly:

Please include the email address associated with your YardAI account in your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Processing Time

When you delete your account through the app, the deletion process begins immediately. Your account will be inaccessible right away, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our systems.

For email requests, we will process your request within 30 days of receiving it and send you confirmation once complete.
